This was my daughter’s first visit and it was absolutely amazing. My daughter is autistic (level 1) so I let the dental assistant know about her previous experiences. She was very patient and took the time to explain every tool that she was going to use and how it works. She also demonstrated how it would feel. Thomas and Moore was the best decision I ever made for my daughter.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. From the reception staff, to the hygienist and dentists in the back.. they have such a way with kids to make what could be a scary experience, a lot more fun and enjoyable. Their booked out schedule shows what a gem they are, but I called after my son lost a chunk of his tooth that day and the sweetest receptionist did everything she could to get us seen ASAP.
In a world where many would say “sorry we’re booked til August” and hang up the phone.. I really appreciated the extra mile and care given. Hands down 10/10 for your child’s needs. ♥️

We were referred to this office by my regular dentist after he tried treating my daughter (4 years old) and she was not having it. There were many tears shed to say the least! But when we came to Thomas and Moore she was a completely different child. She was comfortable enough to go to the back without me and was so brave! They are so nice and caring. Absolutely take your kids to this place ❤️

Incredibly thankful for this dentist office! My 5 year old had a bad tooth that started causing an immense amount of pain on Tuesday. We were told it would be two weeks before another pediatric clinic could do anything. We leave for a week long vacation this weekend. We took him to my dentist on Thursday to see if he was able to do anything to help with the pain. Unfortunately, my dentist is not comfortable doing extractions or root canals on pediatric patients. His office called 5 pediatric clinics in numerous large cities and Dr. Thomas’s office was able to see him that evening! They took care of his abscessed tooth and now he is no longer in pain. We look forward to visiting this clinic again!

We had a wonderful experience at Thomas and Moore Pediatric Dentistry. Everyone was so kind and gentle with my little boy! They were patient and very thorough and Dr. Thomas was so sweet. Highly recommend!

This was my child's first appointment as a new patient here. The staff is so gentle and kind to the kids. They displayed so much patience. Loved the great atmosphere. The new patient welcome sign outside the door was so cute. Would most definitely recommend to anyone.

My son had a great experience at he's recent dental appointment. The staff was professional, friendly, and made my son feel comfortable from the moment he walked in. They explained everything clearly and took their time to answer my questions. my 8 year old daughter was nervous about visiting a new dentist office but these lovely ladies quickly dissolved those fears. everyone was so nice, friendly & informative. THE DOCTOR was amazing ! Dr. Moore was so pleasant to speak with about my daughter’s dental hygiene. you can tell she’s really passionate about her career & cares about her patients. this is what pediatric dentistry is all about 💕

Excellent service, everyone was very kind. Thank you to the doctor who treated my daughter, I think her name is Katy; she spoke to her in Spanish. It's always very important to have bilingual staff because it can attract more patients and build a good reputation!

Dr. Moore is a compassionate provider and has given the highest level of care to my daughter for the past 13 years. I treated children at one time in my career and can attest to her excellent level of care.

Absolutely, loved the atmosphere!! Everyone there is so friendly and genuine. My favorite part was when the Dr. and the dental assistant sang to my son while he was getting his exam done.

She was gentle, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my child feel comfortable and confident. Her calm and friendly approach truly made all the difference and turned what could have been a scary appointment into a positive one.

We drove all the way from Pensacola and we are so grateful for dr. Katherine Rodriguez she and her team was so patient with me and my son! He is very medically complex and they did everything right! I will be sticking all my kids to Thomas and Moore!

I called to schedule an appointment for my child. She was experiencing some discomfort and we thought it may be a wisdom tooth trying to come in. They were able to see her the very next day! Turns out, she needed a cavity filled. They were able to do the filling right then and now she’s perfectly pain free! Customer service, patient experience, and communication were top notch!

I truly cannot recommend Dr Moore and her staff enough. I drove almost an hour to see her and it was worth every minute. It was our first visit and she treated my daughter like her own. Truly loved on her the entire time! We are so appreciative for the staff, the kindness and going above and beyond to check on my girlie once she got her tooth pulled. We love this office and will continue to make the drive each time because they are THE best!

My sweet daughter was very timid and nervous about her treatment today. However, the staff was very patient and helpful to make my daughter feel comfortable!! The treatment was amazing 🤩 bc of Dr. Moore and staff!! My daughter got 3 treats for being an excellent patient! Yeah, probably one of the best dentist visit I’ve had!! Dr. Moore is amazing and has a heart of gold! Highly recommend!!

We love Dr. Moore and her staff! I highly recommend this office. Everyone is so professional from check-in to dental hygienist and check out. My daughter Aleigh Rae feels so comfortable with Dr. Moore. She always says Dr. Moore is so sweet, so pretty, and loves her lipstick! 😆

Absolutely the best! They are amazing with my little man! As a mom with a little that has ASD, it is hard to take your child to any appointment, but they made this visit so easy!
